About Us
| Mission Statement: The staff here at Neweth.com are creating a community based around Savage 1 and Savage 2 that will help support players, server admins and moder's. Our aim is to support the Savage community by providing services for and information on the games. History: Newerth.com was founded in 2006, stemming from a competitive clan website known as www.evolvedclan.com and its forum community named "The EvO Community". The administrators of evolvedclan.com found it difficult to get people to contribute to this community because of the inter-clan rivalry and the competitive nature of Savage. These limitations were thus overcome by creating this website. In 2007 Newerth.com acquired the source code for Savage: The battle for Newerth and announced its continued development with the implementation of new features and content into the game via a patch named XR, incorporating previous community modifications.
