There is still an open question what is the better place for the server location.
I made this filtering from the logs for the period of the csp (uk) server lifetime (2017.10.01 - 2018.03.10).

206400 client connections
6169 unique ips

You should remember that people have dynamic (not static) ips.

Ips were bound to their geo-location and sorted in the descending order:
