NIC v2

A lot of time has passed since the last NIC. I am planning to revive it and to make a new NIC v2.

At this time:

• It would be good if somebody helps me to hold this competition.
• New instagib public server feels generally fine. I think that it's about 1-2 more weeks for final tunings/updates. Also I think that I will be able to set up one more server with a password for cws (if we need it).
• Now there are 2-3 maps that are fine for current instagib. Still need (help?) to adopt/remake a bit more maps for this.
• NIC does not need any kind of the special rules. Also there is no need in big teams. 3 vs 3 (+-) would be nice. That's why I think that it's possible to start a signup in 1-2 weeks or so.

I hope that 1.3 already feels fine. Most of the critical parts had been fixed so it's possible to start it.
What do you think about it? Do you have any wishes before we try it?

First of all, thanks for your dedication, it is great to see competitive spirit 

Personally, I think that a new NIC is a great idea, especially the amount of players per team is pleasant, normally it is difficult to get enough teams that are large enough for a competitive gaming.
About maps, just message a map admin for some hints, however I do think that the map design is not that important for NIC as it is for usual CW's, so 2-3 maps are also fine.

In my opinion you can start the event as soon as you wish, just don't forget to approach an admin for moderator rights.
