Well, basically, for almost twice the original poly count, what you get is some rounded shoulders and some other corners here and there, that are all but invisible while playing and especially since they're masked by the armor.
But if you get a full set, i'm pretty sure i can include the units as a cosmetic mod. That and if you're not djinghis.
I'm not sure that that the changes are going to matter much anyway, since nobody else except myself and maybe a few others even noticed or cared about the spikes that were coming out of the predator model before i (partially) fixed it myself.
TBH i've learned that model detail should be done by sculpting, lighting and generally, texture manipulation, not geometry. For such a simple model as the scav, 4K is quite enough. Almost 8K is too much, with no actual detail improvement, just static pose smoothness. Take Dmitriy Parkin's Imrod model, which i absolutely love. At 9K, it looks positively 900K-ish because of sculpting:
