Okay, so I got this problem that started one or two months ago.

When there are a lot of players online everyone is lagging, and looking at the server FPS it is dropping to 10, 5 and 2 FPS every two second or so. This thing only happens on this laptop too, so nothing wrong with the connection it seems. The server FPS is also fine at warmup, sitting on a steady 20 but when both teams get commanders and the game start I get these server FPS drops.

Wondering what it can be. Is my network card failing? I updated the drivers but with no change. Is there anything I can do?

You could try an external USB network adapter, even if it's wireless. BTW, did you try switching to wireless to test it?

I'm connected to wireless all the time, tried with cable once but it doesn't want to connect properly to the PC but I might give it another try and check some settings. Savage works perfectly on my girlfriends laptop, on the same connection also wireless.

Oh, when I plug the cable in and turn the wireless off, the laptop isn't connecting to the internet.

I just tried reinstalling Savage and it looks like that worked!   Cheesy

Thanks for trying to help anyway!  Afro
