Sixth Sense Remake1. The precise change you wanna see done.
Change the sixth sense buff from the faint red line above enemies to a thermal-scope like view (slightly like the one thatís in Call of Duty: MW2, but not fully like it)
Enemies can be painted a red colour, while the terrain can stay the same textures as normal (basically saying having sixth sense re-textures enemies another, vibrant colour rather than their usual skins)2. What triggered it.
Sixth sense and the entropy line are hardly used at all, and the shrine for it is only really built to enable the building of free gates. 3. The predicted overall effect of your change.
This would make sixth sense a much more used beast weapon as it will help marksmen hit their targets more easily and will be a beast counter-response to the humanís superior ranged weaponry. The impact on the game: 4. What will be harder to do, and for which side.
The only thing that will be harder to do is beast melee for the user of sixth sense, as the whole human will be one texture, it will be hard to see what they are doing until the player is used to it 5. What will be easier to accomplish, and by whom.
It will be easier to use beast weaponry like lightning and tempest, as well as helping melee predators (if they use it) to seek out any humans that are hiding/sneaking by them.6. Will it make the game harder or easier for newbies (vs. veterans), and why.
This will make the game much easier for newbies against veterans as they can more easily find them, this may though be nullified by the fact that veterans can see them more easily and as a result hit them too.The ripple effect7. Subsequent changes needed to tone down (compensate for) the effects of this change.
Switch sixth sense with snare, or make them both tech 2 and individually available on the tech line (donít need one to get the other). Also make sixth sense more expensive as it is very cheap right now, about 400 to 800 maybe.8. Other changes, which the current suggestion depends on so it can work properly.
None that can be thought of at the time.
