Your options are posted above. We can go even earlier if there is only a small bit of interest in this.

We also need to discuss how many times clans can play a week. Should we do one match every week, or more?

Discuss, and feedback is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

month sounds like the perfect amount of time, it is important to set a date soon though so people don't lose interest.

I agree with Wardragon, a month is plenty of time to tie up the details we still need to sort out, as long as everyone gets on the forums regularly  Cheesy

Heya! I'm over from the TH clan and community, and we're still discussing whether to actually submit a team under the clan name, but I would like to comment that the beginning of summer (June/July) would be an ideal choice to have the tournament/cup start.  I believe a good number of players are students in high school/college/university, and June is *usually* the same time final exams/tests/projects/assignments are done.  Summer is generally a more active time for people in general, especially for gamers.

And that also gives a good month or so to fully plan out how this event will work and to arrange for any necessary details, requests, favors, changes, team arrangement, matches, etc.

Just my thoughts. ^^ Peace, keep the good work up!

Well, due to a consensus it looks like we'll be starting the tournament in June, first matches will be assigned on the Fourth (Friday) and you are given two weeks to play.
