lol i cant use sav 2 cus my acc is banned til i shorten my name to 12 characters or less which im not willing 2 do...  Angry

Yes this is kinda sad to see in a modern game. My name is banned too before shortening.

... still waiting info about the model exporter/importer. I will buy sav2 when it is released.

As we discussed in IRC, I take a look into the pinetree and it's texture. The low-lod mesh is a... mess atm also.

Going to test and put the highest redwoodtree version back and the current high into first lod. The highest version has not-so-planar branches and more smoothy trunk.

Hi everyone.

I'm one of the latest additions to the XR crew working on 3D models. As the first models are beginning to be ready I decided to give you all a good round up. Click images for full size.

To start of simple, a new sky dome. This will still be improved abit later on by making it multilayered:

So what next? More map props! Ruins and trees.

Don't like them personally but they were so easy to put in, here you go.

Download magweapons mod

The sounds are from one of my free libraries and can be used for any non-commercial purpose.

edit: you need to replace the files found in game/ subdirectory, remember to take backups of the originals!

Skopezor here game a task to remodel the redwood tree. I've already made higher quality textures so now just some polywork and it's done. Have to check if I manage to finish it today.

Oi, almost forgot about Newert.com altogether. Been too excited about the beta account and the official forums I haven't been reading this place. So here I am. Read that you could need a hand at modelling / texturing / animating. Last year I checked how to export / import models into the editor, if I remember correctly it shouldn't be a problem.

If I have time apart from work (that means if I can keep myself from playing Savage all my free time) then sure, give me a task or a test. It shall be done Smiley
