Here we go. Let's make it nasty then.

VIII. The Complaints and Disputes
2. The format of the complaints should be published, along with the media that has to be submitted as evidence, in order to help the wronged party make a proper case, which would not be lightly dismissed.
This tells us that NSL5 should have defined a format and a media which should be used to place complains/disputes
In the official rules of NSL 5 it is said that to file a dispute a topic must be made in the forum this dispute is posted.
That's true, was done now, we'll know that better for the next time.
#16. Disputes:
Teams wishing to file a dispute have to do so by starting a topic under the "Disputes" child board.
Hakugei is no team therefore he can just send me a PM and tell me about it and I'll try to find out what happend there, using serverdemos etc, which I did in this case.
The dispute admin (Darkbread) will deal with any disputes.
Any dispute from
anyone even via PM,
BUT from now on if I receive a dispute via PM, I'll tell that guy to open a topic. We made a mistake here, because we did not have this situation earlier, next time we'll do it better.
The image below shows all topics the "Disputes" child board. In this image you will find see 3 topics. The "NSL5 W1: Warrior vs FOX" contains only the final results of the dispute, but not the dispute itself. There is just 1 post in there made by darkbread. The topic "Disputes Process 2010" cont..
Disputes Process 2010 is from 2010 as its name says and BEARD! is not the dispute admin, so it is obvious that this topic is outdated, since the NSL rules even say that I am the dispute admin not BEARD!. I have now added NSL4 to the topic's name, so you won't get confused, though if you think we're still in 2010 and in NSL4 I can't help you.
Teams have to make sure they add evidence to support their arguments - i.e. a screenshots/demo.
I have the serverdemos, which I used to make the proof screenshot of Kitsune's UID.
I'll accept a screenshot, if it clearly shows the whole story. Otherwise, your dispute will not be considered without a demo.
This tells that the dispute filed to BEARD! should contain either contain a screenshot or a demo. I do not believe FOX filed the dispute in the dispute "NSL5 W1: Warrior vs FOX", because they agree..
Serverdemo.
If nobody in FOX made this dispute, no demo can be provided either!
Serverdemo.
I've not seen a topic, neither have I receive any PM to add my view on this. I'm Warrior's clan leader so
You clearly broke a rule, why would you need to post your opinion? It would not change the fact that you broke a rule, that's why the topic was instant locked. And btw, that's from 2010.
How can the dispute admin judge a dispute that is not posted? A dispute admin is there to judge disputes, right!
And to make sure rules are being taken serious. No? Well ok why do we have rules if I may ask, since disputes will likely always be about the rules.
i don't accept that we should be warned for suggesting another clan breaks a rule because anyway can use word of mouth like that for any rule
I'll post the response to this in public: The warning was just a warning which is kind of a reminder.. It was posted public so other clans can see it, to remind them of the no-clan-sovereignty-rule. This rule was approved by the CQ, otherwise it would not be in the rules!
Not letting a player play just because he signed up too late is a stupid thing I don't agree with, but if it's in the rules, it is in the rules.
some rules are welcome but this is just ridiculous.
More players -> more fun, it's as simple as that.
Well, I did not setup this rules, if I remeber correctly the only time I was involved was about exploits, nothing more. In addition, in my position I won't say anything against the rules

But the CQ approved them, so I have to enforce them.
More shadow admin forum shenanigans I see. The post Groen links in OP is missing, and the post that does exist suddenly has haku's post before darkbread's.
My fault! The forum did not let me do things as I wanted to do, so I had to delete my old post and post it again under Haku's post.
for not following your own rules haku?
Those are the rules made by the CQ, ask your clan leader about it.
actually Hakugei need a punishement too, since he's not a shoutcasters and not dispute admin.
Nope, as dispute admin, I was granted access to serverdemos and logs, which I used to confirm that Kitsune played the match.
so you dispute as an eoN member?
Where did he involve his clan in his post, please link me to it. As I stated above, any dispute from anyone(though a request to random trolls that don't even take part in the NSL: please dont spam pointless dispute or PMs just to have fun..)
Sometimes blind-following some stupid rule that only KILLS FUN is completely senseless.
Address this to your clan admin.
nazi tournament
Dunno if that is also against me or just the ruling stuff, but I don't care anyways.
But they are too strict for a tournament which is only based on "FUN".
Again, they were open for discussion in the CQ(though for just a short time).
and be aware becaus i will make some time to find some!!!!
Not sure if gusta.
but when It's gonna be like this I call it nazi cause that is what it is, atleast let the clans involved decide if it is an issue or not?
I mean they are supposed to do the disputes right?
no-clan-sovereignty-rule
When is it ok if 2 clans agree on breaking the rules?
Never.
Where does it say players aren't allowed to file disputes?
Nowhere.
he's a general admin who hacked the original dispute admin's topic and put his post in front of it
Nope! that was me. As you can see in the topic it say "edited by darkbread" (though I did not change anything in his post except the Subject).
Looks like the rule says Teams, not players. So if FOX as a team wants to bring this dispute, more power to them. But if they don't haku should probably mind his own business.
Any dispute from anyone, again: trolls stay home please.
There is a rule that states it should actually be locked from the beginning.
Nope, thats from 2010 and NSL4, that's why it says 2010/NSL4.
We are just a rly small community and what you guys doing here is kinda embarassing, this is a public topic everybody is free to read and you have an absolute (just at the last 2 pages) SENSELESS discussion trying to fuck you up one another.
Some of you do post things which are absolutely of the topic....hilarious.
This! There's an offtopic forum for those discussions, oh and
Newerth Board Rules.
Why hasn't this topic been locked yet?
It was unlocked because someone was waiting for me to post, though I am able to post even if a topic is locked, but atleast people can discuss abit more.
Could you clarify what penalty points really are and do?
4 penalty points and you're out. Not everything is worse a penalty point so I don't think/hope that any clan will even get to 3, though in this case, a rule was clearly broken, therefore it's a penalty point. (3 is too harsh for savage, 5 too lax)
For players it's like football/soccer, 2yellow cards=banned for 2(not 3) matches, 1red card=banned for 2 matches. It may also happen that there's a combination of 1yellowcard and banned for 1 match or whatever.
