I saved the original text that was in here because I don't know how to create a new page for "Commander Tips" under the Tutorial section. Could someone take care of that for me?

I would make your overview into a tutorial that gives a player the basic idea in your opinion on how they should command rather than calling it "Commander tips". That way factual information can be left in the S1 Commanding section and you can add your Commanding tutorial to the Tutorial Category (which i'm about to added to the main page).
