This section contains all the commands that can be used while playing Savage, along with a description of what they do.
They can easily be used via the console or the chat. In the console(Open it with ~ or ²) just paste in one of the command and press ENTER. In chat you have to write:

'/<command here>' and press ENTER

Commands
aliasThe command "alias" is the possibility of an arbitrary abbreviation behind any action to be deposited.

It may also from several other actions together. "Alias" should be in its own *.cfg file.

allow_download Default: 1

Syntax: allow_download (value) Allows you to download files from a server (such as maps, models, sounds, etc.).

bind Syntax: bind (key) (command, or alias)

This can be a key to a command or function assigned. E.g.: Bind h "hi all"

bindlist Syntax: bindlist

Shows all currently valid keys - Consoles command - connections.

clear Clears the console
cmdlist Syntax: cmdlist

Displays the list of possible consoles commands

connect Syntax: Connect <IP Address>

Connects to a server.

cvarlist Syntax: cvarlist

Lists all costum variables

disconnect Syntax: disconnect

Separates the connection to the current server.

exec Syntax: Exec <filename>

Performs a script file

kill Try it ;)
msg Syntax: msg <NAME> <TEXT>

Sends a private Message to a player.

name Syntax: name <NAME>

Specifies the name of the player.
E.g.: Name TheChampignon

quit Syntax: Quit

Ends the game without prior Yes-No-query

reconnect Syntax: reconnect

Reconnects to the current server.

screenshot Syntax: Screenshot

Saves a *.png image of this game screen visible to the current game directory.

unbind Syntax: unbind <KEY>

Deletes a keyboard (or mouse, etc.) Bind Shortcut
E.g.: unbind q

unbindall Syntax: unbindall

ATTENTION! Deletes ALL including esc, keyboards and console

cmdlist Display a list of all the console commands
FlushScriptBuffer Removes all cached scripts from memory, forcing them to be reloaded from disk
RemoveBufferedScript Removes a specified script from the buffer
GetBufferedScript Returns the index into the scriptbuffer of a file (if it is in the buffer)

If the file is not in the buffer, returns -1

AddScriptToBuffer Finds a slot for a newly loaded script in the scriptBuffer
GetNextLine Returns a pointer to the buffer holding the next line in a buffered script

Returns NULL if at end of script

ReadConfigFile Execute a config script

The script will be loaded from the file and placed into scriptBuffer, overwriting the script that has had the most time elapsed since it's last execution
