Today I had an issue with Devil's Shampoo. Warned slayed..finally kicked

had to continue to kick him the whole game he came back about every minute.  So he must be using a different IP or the server isn't logging UID's on the kicks...we have to fix this

His UID is 1082579.

Also kicknum doesn't work.

prolly someone with a dynamic ip...all they have to do is log off and back on and poof, new slate.  theyll get annoyed enough after you kick them as soon as they get on to either stop fucking off or just stop playing all together

He's on the brazilian server (terra) with the name Viper and Cobra Lovers Forever.

He'll just have a dynamic IP, meaning he can request a new IP at any time to avoid any type of ban/kick.

This is why i want a true GUID per system so we can ban by GUID.
