Spell Immunity can i get some

Has anyone noticed spell immunity doesn't actually work against half the spells. I am currently playing a game where there are at least 4 spells that go through my shrunken head. No there is not purge. Can we fix it so when I buy an item that says blocks most spells it actually does block them and not pretend with pretty colors.

Perhaps make Shrunken head an upgradable item like codex, nullfire blade, etc?

e.g.
Lvl.1: Shrunken Head as currently.
Lvl 2: Shrunken Head with increased spell immunity time.
Lvl 3: Shrunken Head that blocks ALL spells and item abilities, including ultimates.

Hmm, increasing the spell immunity time is not a good idea.

Then, why not change it to 90% chance to block All magical property attacks.
(Of course then we would have to set what is a "magic attack" or not)

blocks most spells

now tell me, if you are playing a game with 5 heroes, each with 4 spells
that is 20 spells in game
4 spells go trought a shield that says "Blocks most spells"
that means 16 spells don't
16 > 4
so Most spells are being blocked.
nothing wrong.

Those spells that you are mentioning are physical spells , you need that physical talisman for that .
