Hello,
I have a server (SavageBrasil.Forumeiros.com BR) when the user connects or the map changes, there is an anti-flood of about 15 seconds. Would you like to remove it, where do I change to remove this?
In the XR_Admin.cfg file I did not find anything.

Server cvar setting sv_chatConnectInterval in milliseconds, default is 15000 (which is indeed 15seconds).
You can add it to .cfg, or python, or manually use it.

It's to prevent spam bots (or malicious people) joining the server, spamming a vote or chat, and disconnecting immediately, before rejoining right away again in quick succession.
You can lower the interval as well, instead of 0, e.g. 5000.
Disable at your own risk.
