What do you mean what was the point of that? I was drawing the conclusion to which our discussion led.

I'd say that fortunately it was 1 fix that made it work for everyone - which is obviously easier to do than having had to walk through the bug isolation procedure with say, a dozen people with individual OS's, hardware combos, imaging software etc.

You could say the downside was that it did not work for everyone Smiley. This is quite interesting though, took so long for anyone to even figure something was wrong with this, and even longer to figure it doesn't work for anyone else either. Too bad Groen didn't read the report, twas nothing anyone else could have done to fix it.
