1. you need to learn how to use UV unwrap modifier which will allow you to arrange your maps manually. If you used UW Map modifier it is just a fast solution to map simple objects(which is not your case)

2. Savage does not support automatic tiling . You will have to append t_ to the texture name to enable it, however i'd advise you to apply UV unwrap here too just to see whether you can map your object in one single texture. Tiling affects performance a bit.

The trunk texture is too... twisted, in lack of better term, too unsaturated and bright. The model should also go down below the ground level for half a meter or so. The foliage seems too washed out, requires some more contrast IMHO and you definitely have to fix the normals orientation (they're inside out), but damn, it looks GOOD!
