Hehe. Smiley
You're arguing for both sides having advantages.

I daresay it's more even than either of us makes it out to be.

I agree that a +/-5% margin, either way, it's as even as it gets. What i don't understand is why you call it "favoring humans 55:45", when the actual NSL result of the current balance over 4 seasons and a number of rounds in excess of 1000 produced 45.5:54.5 percent wins in favor of beasts? Even ignoring the pubs completely.

as i mentioned earlier, could be nice to try new balance changes in some kind of NSL.
otherwise i don't need any balance changes as 5% is a pretty good margin

But that's the point. :p
It's fairly balanced in CWs; because they do NOT have uphill leap and lack of flux drain. Hehe.

But in either case, using a whole NSL for balance changes is just impossible.
It's the main competition which a fair amount takes very seriously; mess with it and you're harming future competitions.

It might make more sense with a off-season-for-fun competition.
Still, who and how do we agree on what to test?
Evolution tests it on pubs.

doesn't do much except lowering the fun in playing beast, the uphill leap is just annoying when i play beast cause i get longer "hangtime" between leaps, meaning i can't execute my moves at my desired speed.
but this is just me, from my experience nearly everyone else loves new beast leap.
