Thank you.

Nemesis made a very subtle one (ranking only, out-dated, nothing like yours) but if you'd like to make a graphical version of said table I won't stop you. Interested?

Anything that illustrates the table in a non-text based manner. :p

Examples ranging from simplistic to artistic:

If this is too much work, it is okay to decline.

Why does we have 6 points when having same stats as first two teams? You mean this "penalty point" is not like yellow card, but -1 point?(2nd one is ban for cup I thought?(and what is more, this is not regulated in rules, I searched through them twice, then tried to search for "penalty" and for "point/point's" and I didn't find anything about penalties))  For what we got thos - points?

that's it drk but they said something about: "that is yours first warning point, look out" if I remember good. So, is it a warning(yellow+yellow card = red = ban) or point punishment? Or those two at once?

I don't think the penalty point actually means -1 score point; as it's a common term used in various punishment systems (e.g. driver's license - acquire too many penalties and you lose the license entirely).

Nonetheless, Darkbread is the one to answer this question.

As for Phoenix, shut up.
Stop complaining about something that is entirely your own fault; I'm cleaning your post this time, and if you dare bring it up with massive spam AGAIN, I'll go even further. This is an official warning.
