i would advise only 1 or 2 exhibition rounds, so people don't get bored and numbers start dropping (make rounds 2 or 3 the first matches of the proper tournment)

Agree.

May be boring to those that already played a couple games, unlike ppl who don't know yet which team they're in.

the sense of the exhibition rounds is to solve problems with time zones, server, rules, team issues and other stuff related to the SWC. And it give every other team a chance to get know about each team which playing in this swc. Only UK and Ger had warm up rows now so be fair and give other teams a chance to sort their team.
At least we will have 2 weeks exhibtion if every team agree its to boring the Weekly matches will start earlier.

Well, well you already played an exhibition match/training with Germany so make it 2-3 rounds for general, to let them have the same opportunity as UK/Germany had. And if you get bored, it's because you started it early, that's not something rest of countries should get punished for. And i'm not trying to cause any mess/drama, just stating my honest opinion about this the problem you claim. And many thanks to nemesis for exhibition idea, this will stick teams up more and improve teamwork quality, for each of us in the advanced phases of competition.

edit: dae, i've read your post a little while after posting mine, my thoughts exactly
2ndedit: lol, same as neme's post aswell. Maybe i shouldn't check forums when tired this much. Sorry for stealing ur posts' main ideas, i made mine immediately after i read first page, lol

Dealing with timezonez BEFORE the competition itself is a best practice.
I think 3 weeks of those matches will not affect tournament spirit and will help us find and develop our own unique styles.
Leon thoughtout every little detail in this SWC, his post totally shows that.
Keep up the good work, Nem!

Since certain lineups are so huge, there should be a small and big map of choice for each week IMO. The small map is played for 12 vs 12 and less, the bigger map when more than 24 players show up (which only concerns a few matches).
