Hello eoN, glad to get things rolling early.  =)  A reliable lot you eoNs are.  A good thing!

Taking in mind the suggestions offered, here is TH's counter-offer:

Date: Saturday, January 29th 2011
Time: 18 GMT
Server: Olderth Matches III


We ask for (or prefer) saturday because a fair number of our active members have been requesting to have NSL4 matches on that day compared to sunday.  The apparent reasons are based on simply more members being free from sunday commitments with family, work, school preparations, or misc.  We'd love to have an NSL4 match on saturday if eoN is up for it, as it would open up the doors for more TH' members to attend and play.

As for the server, I merely suggested an Olderth server because it's the most familiar server we have had experience with booking, and reliable as well.  I'm not sure how to deal/book for the Groenjuth match server (there is a specific forum I hear?), but if eoN strongly prefers Groenjuth's server, that will be fine with TH'.  Let us know if Olderth Matches III is fine with eoN, and I'll get right to booking it in (this) topic -- and also as soon as we come to an agreement for the rest of the match details.

Let us know if there is anything that needs to be changed or requested on behalf of eoN clan from the suggested match details above.  =)

eoN prefers sunday very much why you prefer saturday.
I shall ask the lot and report to you in 2 days latest.
If I receive at least 5 definite "yes" answers, I'll accept saturday (should be able to get the required 7 that way).
I'd appreciate if you in return would be so kind as to inquire if TH' can make sunday, just in case.

As for server, I personally prefer Groent just a tiny bit more due to his additional service (he goes out of his way to set up a second server last minute if necessary and also gathers the demo record as soon as he can, hehe), despite Olderth being easier to book. eoN is fine with either, really - so whatever is available once we agree on the date.

I assume Olderth has whiteout3, but be sure to ask. :p I know Groent has (tried it right after our CW against DA).

I've made a post on the TH' forums asking which members would be able to play on sunday, if it comes down to that scenario.  Likewise, if we get 5 positive replies saying "Yes we can play on Sunday", I'll let you know right away here in this topic.

I'll ask if the Olderth servers have whiteout3 -- but go ahead and book Groenjuth's server first chance you get.  Once the date is confirmed, I'll be assuming eoN will organize the server booking -- I have no idea how to contact Groenjuth for booking a match server, except through contacting him through newerth PM (which might be annoying xD).

Will check this topic for updates and contact me directly (newerth PM works fine, or head over to the TH' forums) if there is anything urgent.  ^^

Here's an update on eoN's situation.

So far:
            Yes/No
Saturday: 2/3
Sunday:   4/1

Myself not included (which would be yes to both).

I will let my inquiry run a day or two longer and keep you up-to-date accordingly.

For TH', the situation is:

            Yes/No
Saturday: 3/0
Sunday:   2/1

There are a total of 3 members that have replied.  2 have stated either day will work.  1 has stated that Saturday will work, but Sunday is a definite no.  I myself am fine with either day as well (I didn't count myself in the numbers).

Will post here again soon (Thursday at the latest).

As you see, it's not looking good for saturday. Most eoNs have plans on saturday which frees up their sunday for CWs.

Not counting myself (I can do both days as well), and taking into account how many TH' members have posted so far, it's seeming like Sunday will be the final choice.  Still trying to poke out a few more replies from the gang, but I'm 80% prepared to say; We'll just go with sunday -- since eoN can make it.

I'm 80% sure that will be the final result -- but tomorrow (Thursday) I'll confirm it for sure so that eoN can book Groenjuth's server (Or TH' can book it, just let me know who will do it xD).  I'd rather get a booking done with and a date for the match set rather than waiting too much longer.  If enough TH's don't reply on whether saturday or sunday works for them -- we'll just roll with what eoN can do, and if TH' forfeits from a lack of players... haha, well +1 for eoN.  =)

Confirmed.  TH' will go with whichever day best suits eoN, which should be sunday, if I've understood things correctly so far.  Please make the necessary booking for Groenjuth's server (since you guys already have some experience with booking that server).  If you'd prefer TH' to make the booking, that's fine too.  Just say so in the topic.  =)
