For the Mac version of Savage, minimizing is impossible. Command + Tab, Command + M, and Shift + Tab all don't work, nor does the F3 hotkey.

This is a pretty big problem...

I can work on a fix for this, it may take a day or two.

I've found a bug.

Using the Mac version my wallet feels a little lighter for some reason, and I am indefinably more smug...

On the bright side, things suddenly...just work.

Spoiler (Mouse-Over to read)
Yes this is a silly joke and in no way a representation of my real opinion....in before the flame war.

Hm, maybe set 'fullscreen' on at the first start? There are some problems with pressing 'Done' because the dock is in the way Grin

Another question, did you included the tutorial or not? And is there an auto-updater?

Ok, another little thing Grin
Nothing serious, but if you want to enter a server password, there is already the string: "machere_".

If you try to delete it, a second string appears: "machere_machere", but you are able to delete the second "machere_".

You can enter the password after "machere_" (machere_password) and you can connect normally, but I was a bit confused Grin

There is a new installer up that should fix these issues. To reinstall you need to delete the Savage XR receipt in /Library/Receipts , then the installer will work fine.

EDIT: someone let me know if all works right when you try it.

machere_ thing is fixed, works fine now, thank you =)

But cmd + m and cmd + enter don't work. Maybe it's because of I'm on an Intel Mac?

What about downloading maps? Did that work out-of-the-box?

I've never had problems downloading maps, and it works fine now, too.

I have another one Cheesy

Don't know if it's my fault, but every time I press Tabulator and Shift, Savage crashes without any error message.

Just installed the XP, that I DL from the front page banner and I'm getting random crashes of savage. In syslog there is the following messages:

/Applications/Savage XR.app/Contents/MacOS/Savage[232]: CPSGetCurrentProcess(): This call is deprecated and should not be called anymore.
Aug  4 18:12:40 rainer /Applications/Savage XR.app/Contents/MacOS/Savage[232]: CPSSetForegroundOperationState(): This call is deprecated and should not be called anymore

OS X is 10.6.4. Don't know if i'm putting this in the right place. Sorry if i'm not.

Looks like you installed it right, and it looks like Snow Leopard doesn't like spaces in app names. You may be able to get away with typing
Code:
mv "/Applications/Savage XR.app" /Applications/SavageXR.app
at a terminal prompt.
