ok, well its 235am central std time, there was a bot that would connect, callvote kick templar, disconnect...just like wolol guy rapidly.  if i stopped the vote, it would callvote kick on the next reconnect, if i didnt stopvote it then the bot would F1 the vote, disconnect, reconnect then F1 again and again...someone said there was something like this that happened on groent. server as well.  jmz/slash/dj how about taking a look at this and seeing whats up.

We really need some kind of feature in XR which lets you limit how frequently a user or IP can vote.

If this were possible, the bot would fail.
I'll check the logs but he's probably using multiple IPs again.
