I'd like this: If you pick up gold (or hit a building) and team gold is full, you get 100% of the gold, but if your gold is full and you pick some up, your team gets 100%,
CS has this, yes, not sure about other servers (it's off by default).
if both are full you can't pick up gold.
Yes, that's how it works now. I'm not enabling gold distribution among team on 50k because that might overpower already winning team (which it should be if it has 50k team gold).

This is possible, but I feel like it's too big of a change, plus it works unnaturally (you have to melee gate to claim, much like flag, and you'll have 1 out of 2 parts of gates yours, so both teams will be allowed to enter the gate. Gates can be recaptured with same interval as flags. This kinda works well, but there's really no reason to put this in except this is fun, but kinda screws up everything for beasts).

As explained above, currently this is not enabled because of imbalance and stack promotion this would make.
